Tuesday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Sunday-Monday: Closed
Emails, texts, & phone calls received outside of these hours will be responded to during business hours

  • December 20-28: Closed
  • (Please send all website update requests by no later than 8:30 AM on Friday, December 18)
  • December 29-January 2, 2021: Limited hours
  • January 3-4, 2021: Closed
  • January 5, 2021: Opening at 8:30 AM, returning to regular hours

Requests for Work

Standard: Work requested during regular business hours, depending on size and scope of work, will generally be performed within 24-48 business hours upon receipt of complete request.

Same Day: Same day requests for work may be accommodated, depending on size and scope of work, and must be received in full before 2:00 PM.

After Hours: Requests for work submitted after regular business hours and requiring immediate attention may be accommodated  but will be subject to a $50 after hours fee added to cost of service.


Invoices will be created based on project terms. Invoices will be sent by email and may be sent monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, annually, or according to project terms. Invoices may be paid online or by mail. All invoices are due in full within 30 days. All unpaid invoices after 30 days will be subject to a late fee of $30 + 2% of invoice total for every 30 days the payment is past due.
