Emails, texts, phone calls, & requests for work received outside of these hours will be responded to during standard business hours.

Standard: Work requested during standard business hours will generally be performed within 24-48 business hours upon receipt of request in entirety.
Same Day: Same day requests for work may be accommodated if possible, depending on size and scope of work, and must be received in entirety before the following cutoff times:
After Hours: Requests for work submitted after standard business hours and requiring immediate attention may be accommodated if possible but will be subject to a $50 after hours fee added to cost of service. Before performing any after hours work that is subject to the after hours fee, 2nd Mouse Media will request confirmation from client acknowledging assessment of after hours fee.
Please Note : Requests for work submitted after standard business hours NOT requiring immediate attention will NOT be subject to an after hours fee and will be performed according to standard terms. When Do I Go? contracted work will be responded to and performed according to When Do I Go? Daily Schedule found here. Contracted work will be performed according to schedule and terms detailed in contract.
Invoices will be created based on project terms. Invoices will be sent by email and may be sent monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, annually, or according to project terms. All invoices are due in full within 30 days. All unpaid invoices after 30 days will be subject to a late fee of 1.5% of interest per each month after the payment due date.
